When you call our office, one of our friendly team members will walk you through some questions that will help us to gather some information about your project. You’ll have the opportunity to explain in detail exactly what your desires are for your home or commercial landscape and we will take copious notes to serve as a reference through the process.
Based on your desires and the scope of your project we will lead you through a quick qualification process to make certain that we assign you to the sales team that can best serve you. Each of our teams is highly specialized in certain fields of production and it is important to us that your project is assigned to the team that best fits your needs.
Once the Qualification Process is complete, you will be contacted by the salesperson to which your project has been assigned. During this call you and your salesperson will set up an appointment for a site visit.
Our site visit to your property is an opportunity for your salesperson to come to your home to meet you, view your property, and gather details necessary to create a plan for your project. By the end of this visit, your salesperson will be prepared to present you with a Projected Scheduled Budget within a few days.
Projected Scheduled Budget
The Projected Scheduled Budget is a rough estimation of the budget range in which your project will fall, based on the unique scope of your project. If you are pleased with the Projected Scheduled Budget, you will then sign it and submit a retainer of 10% of the upper range of this budget which will be applied to the project’s final balance. Once the PSB is signed, our team can begin designing your dreamscape!
During the design process, our Designer will carefully consider the qualities that are important to you: scents, sounds, shapes, textures, colors, and functions. These elements will be blended with your home's architecture and style, resulting in a customized outdoor space, perfect for your needs.
After determining the exact cost of the project, we will invite you to our office for the Proposal Presentation. The proposal is documentation of the final cost of your project and will fall within the range approved by you on your Projected Scheduled Budget. Visiting our office allows you to experience some of our work firsthand as we walk you through our show gardens. At this time we will also present you with our design for your property, and explain to you what our plan of action will be for your project. Once we have all agreed on the project conditions, you will sign the proposal so that we can begin transforming your landscape!
Our Design/Build teams consist of highly trained and certified individuals who are dedicated to excellence in every aspect of their work. Throughout the installation of your project our Design/Build team leaders will be in contact with you so that you are aware of the progress of your project
